Two Rescued Monkeys

Recently we rescued two helpless little monkeys, who are now pals living lovingly together while they heal! The elder monkey is 3-4 months old and was rescued after being electrocuted. The other one was only a few days old when his mother leaped from one tree to the other and missed, falling to her death.

Treatment of a Sambar Deer

We currently have 23 Black Bucks and 4 Sambar deer, all rescued after injury or other trauma and brought to us by the Forest Department. Here, our veterinarian Dr. Pratap Reddy with helper Sudhakar, gently treats one of the Sambar deer. Please do support our work, thank you so much!        

Our Recovered New Friend BHIMA!

About two months ago in the early morning, a rickshaw arrived at Karuna’s doorstep and a man stepped out and tied a German Shepherd to the tree and disappeared. As we have cameras outside, we could later see what had happened but the footage was too blurry to find out the number of the rickshaw.

Treatment Report for May 2021

Please see our latest Treatment Report for May 2021! This month we sterilized 37 dogs, including giving each one a rabies vaccination. We additionally treated 91 other In- and Out-patients. Currently we have 355 resident rescued animals, and we can continue only because of your ongoing support! THANK YOU!
