Recently we have become more aware of the existence of the cats in our area. They are not as visible as the dogs – they hide and seek shelter from the dogs. They will live mostly on rats and other small creatures. They live and suffer in silence, as the reproduction is ongoing and male cats sometimes kill the kittens.

We are now open to do more cat sterilisation and neutering as the public brings in more cats with dog bites and accidents, and it is clear that these animals need our support as well. Help Animals India is very much in favor of Cat ABC and we hope they will support our efforts as they already support our dog ABC programme. (Please Note: These pictures show cats in our new cattery!)
