Two days ago we rescued an Owl. It could not stand and it has an injured wing. No access to water or food. After treatment with fluids and antibiotics it is feeling much better. It is eating well. Now nature has to help a bit.

The kitchen at Karuna runs on biogas. Here you see how the cow dung is mixed with water. It goes into an underground chamber where it produces gas which in turn moves through a pipe to the stove in the kitchen. The slurry leftover is perfect ready compost.
