In 2002 we were able to set up a separate facility at Beedupalli called “Karuna Wildlife Rescue Center Rayalaseema”, an almost 5 acre plot, owned by the vice president of Karuna and leased to us for 30 years. Here, we receive and treat wildlife, including bears, monkeys, deer, birds, etc. We either release them if they are able to survive in the wild, or send them to other facilities for more complicated treatment if necessary.
