Every year the Painted Storks arrive in large numbers at Veerapuram, a small village on the border of Andhra Pradesh in India. Some of them fall from the trees and need to be rescued or they don’t survive. Every year we rescue, feed and care for many chicks, until they are able to fly back to their parents.
