Here are a few gorgeous action shots thanks to Neelakanteshwara Raju, a recent visitor to our Wildlife Sanctuary! We have over 40 rescued deer in our Sanctuary – antelope, black bucks and sambar deer. Most of them were handed over by the local Forest Department after joint rescue efforts between us. Sometimes they can be rehabilitated and released but other times they have to remain with us because they lose the ability to live safely in the wild again.
