These pics are taken in one of the three villages where we do ABC (Animal Birth Control) and anti-rabies vaccinations. Our employees pick up local dogs, bring them to our clinic for surgery, then return them to their village after a couple of days. As you can see, these dogs look well – better than city dogs! This is because they are multi-purpose dogs. In this village they are used for hunting. This doesnt mean they are pets; nobody will ever spent a rupee on treatments or operations for them. That is why our in- and out-patient department is free of charge. At least the people will bring their dogs in when the animals need it.
