In February 2020, 2 Humane Education sessions of two hours each, were held at the Sri Sai Vidyaniketan English Medium School in Puttaparthi for students of grade 8 & 9. Around 90 students from the two grades attended these sessions, conducted by Karuna’s Vice-President, Romula D’Silva. During these interactive sessions, topics related to animal rights and the environment were discussed. The concept of veganism was also introduced.
