Finally GOOD NEWS!

Dear Friends,

Finally GOOD NEWS for the rescued wild animals in our old centre! Karuna Society has received the final letters from the Central Zoo Authority, with the permissions needed to continue the construction of our new Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre, which was discontinued in 2017. Our first priority is the construction of the new animal enclosures, to enable the transfer of the animals to the new centre. The 54 wild animals living at our old centre deserve better!

Our new centre, on our own land close to the reserve forest, will be a safe haven for all wild animals in our extended area of Rayalaseema for the next 30+ years. We need your support to make this happen. Please donate and mention “New Wildlife Centre” as the purpose! A newsletter is in the making with more detailed information.

Warmly,

Clementien
President, Karuna Society for Animals and Nature
