The name ‘Anik’ means ‘strong’ and that is exactly what this fellow is! He was brought in after an accident: one of his legs was broken and the other was dislocated, and he was starving to death. Our gentle caretakers set his legs and gave him daily treatments, attention and love for several weeks. The bandages will soon come off and we’ll start the long process of physio therapy so his muscles can get stronger and he can retain some meat on his bones! You can do it, Anik!
