We received a sick male peacock from the Forest Department in Bukkapatnam – it was sick and needed treatment. We carefully housed and treated the peacock for several days and he recovered from his illness. Recently we rescued two helpless little monkeys, who are now pals living lovingly together while they heal! The elder monkey is 3-4 months old and was rescued after being electrocuted. The other one was only a few days old when his mother leaped from one tree to the other and missed, falling to her death.
