Precious Organic Soil
Anyone who has a garden, knows how precious the soil is! We nurture our soil with organic compost, which brings forth healthy, delicious, organic crops. The profits of the produce sales goes directly back into caring for our rescued animals. As always, thanks so much for your support!
Donkey with Wounds is Rescued
A recent report from Karuna’s President, Clementien: Recently we received a donkey. The donkey owners supply wood to the small local hotels who cannot afford gas cylinders. The wounds you see are caused by carrying loads of wood out of the forest. This heavy load is constantly moving on the same place on the back.

Rescued Cat Recovers: Before & After Pictures
This cat was rescued and she was so weak and sick that we didn’t know if she’d survive or not. Happily, after several days of loving care by the Karuna staff, as well as medications and treatments, she recovered completely and could be returned to her owners. Another successful Karuna story!
