Where in the world can we see a buffalo die from old age? Maybe only at Karuna! This buffalo, Mabel, was rescued in 2002 from illegal transport to slaughter. She lived out her life with us, but a few hours after this picture was taken, she got her wings and left this world to journey into the Light. Rest in Peace, dear Mabel!
