A few days ago, a dog from Yenumulapalli was brought to our clinic with a severe, deeply infected wound infested with maggots. The sight was heartbreaking , the poor dog was in pain, trembling, and exhausted.
When we spoke to the owner, he explained that the injury was caused by another dogās bite. Unfortunately, he hadnāt brought the dog for treatment immediately. Days passed, and only when the wound began to smell badly did he rush the dog to us.
We immediately admitted the dog as an in-patient and began treatment. Our team cleaned the wound, removed the maggots carefully, and provided continuous care and medication. Slowly, the dog began to recover ,his eyes looked brighter, his tail wagged again, and his spirit returned.
After a few days of care and love, the wound healed beautifully. The once-silent dog was now active and happy again. When we finally handed him back to his owner, the joy in both their eyes made every effort worth it.
