Saachi is a sweet and beloved girl dog who lived at the SK University in Anantapur. After giving birth to four healthy puppies, she got into a horrible accident and her front leg was badly mangled. Although the loving students at the college took her to the local veterinary hospital, they didn’t have the facilities needed for treatment. The students then brought her to Karuna Society and we sprung to action! First we had to amputate her leg as it was beyond repair. Happily, in only a few weeks she healed up and the students picked her up and took her back to her home at the college, along with her growing puppies. We are so happy we could give Saachi a second chance at a fulfilling life!
